ingredientsfull fat milk - 5 liters
sugar - 2 cups
tamarind juice - 3 tbsp
butter -3 tbsp
method:
simple method but take long loving time.
* take a thick bottomed aluminum kadai ,add butter .after melting the butter add milk (medium heat stove).
*continuously stir the milk until the milk reduces to half .add tamarind juice to milk.
* milk starting bubbling texture,then add sugar and stir until the mixture comes under one mass.switch of the stove.
* take the mix in to a butter coated pan and allow it to cool.cut into pieces and enjoy the taste of kalakand.
