normal idly -6
eggs -2
besan - 1/2 cup
cumin seeds powder - 1 tbsp
coriander powder -1 tbsp
salt - to taste
chilly powder -1/2 tsp
butter - 1 tbsp
refined oil - for deep fry
method
* take the left over idlis and cut each idly into two pieces with knife and put aside.
*take 2 eggs and pour the egg mixture in to a bowl,add cumin powder,coriander powder,salt,chilly powder and melted butter to in,combine all the ingredients gently.
*then add the besan flour in to egg mixture.put aside
*take kadai and add oil for deep frying .after heating the oil,take idly slices and dump into egg besan mixture then put into kadai gently.
*after golden brown take out the idly out..and serve with tomato ketchup
