baked chocolate coated whole wheat cookies(EGGLESS)

 ingredients
butter -100gm
whole wheat -300 gm
milk -1/4 th cup
powdered sugar -100gm
granulated sugar -4 tbsp
milk whitener -10 gm
baking powder -2 tsp
baking soda -1 tsp
salt -1/8th tsp
vanilla essence -2 tbsp

milk chocolate - 100 gm (for chocolate coating)


method

 *melt the butter in a double boiler .

 * sieve the wet ingredients whole wheat flour,baking powder,milk whitener,salt and baking soda in to a bowl.

 * in hand blender mixer by using dough blender butter,powdered sugar vanilla essence.

  *add the wet ingredients mix in to hand blender and mix it on low speed 1

  *take it out in to a large bowl  ,by adding little bit of milk make the dough not too soft  ,not too hard just to roll .

 *sprinkle granulated sugar on a plastic wrap take the dough mix in to it.make it long rectangular(any shape) shape on plastic wrap..and roll it over the the sugar.close the plastic wrap tightly and freeze it half an hour.


 *take the dough mix from the freezer cut it into pieces.

  *pre heat the oven on 150 degree F for 2 min,place the cookies in to baking sheet on a baking tray on 150 degree F for 15 minutes

  * on mean time melt the milk chocolate on a double boiler by adding 1 or 2 tsp of water to it to make soft chocolate spread.

  *after 15 minutes take the cookies out of the oven let it cool down to room temp,spread the melted chocolate on the top of the cookie.enjoy the melting cookies...
